With 5 cars being insured with SF it became a difficult to understand the prorations. You no longer had the option of one car and one payment. I contacted Martha and she determined that the car showed paid and had no explanation regarding the secondary invoice. I am 20 year customer and because of Martha's efforts, I remain a SF customer.
